Terms of Use & General Terms of Sale
If you visit or purchase on https://www.goodsmmo.com, you accept the following terms. GoodsMMO reserves the right to change these terms, conditions and notices. In the event of a change, GoodsMMO will inform previously registered customers in advance by email.
Summary of the Terms
General
1.0 Site owner
The site goodsmmo.com belongs to the company Goldmmo.limited.
1.1 Requesting the terms
The legal terms and conditions may be requested by email or by post.
1.2 Acceptance of the terms
By making a purchase from GoodsMMO, the customer approves in each case the latest version of GoodsMMO's legal terms and conditions.
Age restriction: GoodsMMO prohibits sales to minors. A minor must be accompanied by their legal guardian. GoodsMMO cannot be held liable if a minor makes purchases without authorisation, under article 1384 of the French Civil Code.
Subject of the contract and conclusion
2.1 Negotiation authorisation
After an order placed on the GoodsMMO site, the customer authorises GoodsMMO to negotiate their service request with the provider of its choice under the same price and time conditions.
2.2 Role of intermediary
Between the customer and the service provider, GoodsMMO acts solely as an intermediary/negotiator between the two parties.
2.3 Customer guarantees
The customer must guarantee, on their side, that the technical requirements are met for the reception of any virtual items or for fulfilling a request concerning game time.
2.4 Right of cancellation
GoodsMMO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order. The buyer must correctly communicate all requested information.
Order and end of contract
3.1 Informing the provider
The service provider is informed by GoodsMMO of the customer's offer. If the order is accepted, the provider takes care of delivering and/or fulfilling it.
3.2 Types of contracts
A purchase concerning the sale of game time or virtual items is concluded through a mediation contract or a negotiated contract.
3.3 Acceptance of the contract
By submitting their order, the customer agrees to enter into a contract with GoodsMMO.
3.5 Invoices
Invoices issued at the end of each order are available on the "My account" page.
Delivery
4.1 Delivery responsibility
The delivery of the items or the sale of game time is carried out by the service provider depending on the game concerned.
4.2 Provider terms
The general terms and conditions of the service provider may be sent on request by email or by post.
4.3 Limit of liability
From the fulfilment of the order, GoodsMMO is no longer responsible for its loss or damage.
Digital codes: for the delivery of your digital codes, you will only receive the validation code by email. Due to the single use of the digital code, no refund or exchange may be claimed after receipt.
Prices and payment
5.1 Final prices
All prices indicated are final until invoicing.
5.2 Price updates
The prices shown at the time the customer places their offer are decisive on the invoice.
5.3 Accepted payment methods
Payment can be made by credit card, Carte Bleue, PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.
Payment dispute: in the event of a payment dispute after receipt of an order, the amount due will be claimed before a competent court to obtain the principal sums, as well as interest and damages.
Right of withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal period
A right of withdrawal of seven days from the day of delivery may be exercised without justification. GoodsMMO commits to refunding you within 30 days from the day you return the goods.
7.2 Return of goods
In the event of a refund request, you undertake to return the goods received complete and unaltered.
Privacy and data protection
11.1 Use of data
GoodsMMO uses your personal data solely for transactions. All customer data will be stored in accordance with the French Informatique et Libertés law.
Your rights over your data
Pursuant to the French "Informatique et Libertés" law, you may exercise your rights of objection, access, rectification and deletion of your personal data by contacting contact@mmo-banque.com.
11.2 Non-disclosure
GoodsMMO will not disclose your personal data (email address, address, last name, first name, telephone) to anyone without your explicit consent.
11.3 Data security
GoodsMMO uses every means to protect your personal data from handling errors or fraudulent access.
Sharing and Referral Programme
12.1 Programme description
GoodsMMO offers an experience-sharing programme allowing customers to receive promotional codes in exchange for authentic posts mentioning their experience with our services on third-party platforms. Participation in this programme is subject to these general terms as well as the specific rules set out below.
12.2 Participation conditions
To participate in the programme, the customer must:
Be registered on the GoodsMMO site and accept these terms
Publish authentic content mentioning GoodsMMO on relevant platforms
Provide complete proof (screenshot + direct link) of their post
Comply with the rules of the communities and platforms used
Not engage in spam or intrusive in-game posting
12.3 Validation conditions
Posts must meet the following criteria to be validated:
Post less than 24 hours old at the time of submission
Original content, not recycled from a previous request
Post on a platform related to the gaming/MMORPG universe
Compliance with the terms of use of the platform concerned
Authenticity and non-misleading nature of the shared content
GoodsMMO's rights: GoodsMMO reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without justification:
To refuse, cancel or invalidate any participation in the programme
To temporarily or permanently suspend the affiliate programme
To modify the programme conditions with 7 days' notice
To cancel promotional codes in the event of non-compliance with the conditions
12.4 Promotional codes and rewards
Promotional codes obtained through the sharing programme:
Are personal and non-transferable
Have a limited validity period defined when they are granted
Cannot be combined with other promotional offers
May be revoked in the event of fraud or non-compliance with the conditions
Cannot be refunded in cash under any circumstances
12.5 Prohibited practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Creating fake accounts or fake posts
Spam in game or on third-party platforms
Publishing misleading, defamatory or illegal content
Using bots or automated systems
Manipulating metrics (fake likes, artificial shares)
Violating the terms of use of third-party platforms
12.6 Participant responsibility
The programme participant undertakes to:
Comply with applicable legislation in their posts
Not harm the image or reputation of GoodsMMO
Assume full responsibility for their posts on third-party platforms
Indemnify GoodsMMO in the event of damage caused by their actions
12.7 Control and sanctions
GoodsMMO reserves the right to check the compliance of submitted participations. In the event of a breach of these conditions, GoodsMMO may:
Refuse validation of the participation
Temporarily or permanently suspend access to the programme
Cancel unused promotional codes
Permanently exclude the participant from the programme
12.8 Personal data
Data collected as part of the experience-sharing programme is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations. This data may include submitted screenshots, post URLs and contact information.
12.9 Modification and termination
GoodsMMO may modify or terminate the experience-sharing programme at any time with a minimum of 7 days' notice. Promotional codes already granted and not expired remain valid until their expiry date, except in the event of proven fraud.
Limitation of liability: GoodsMMO cannot be held liable for the consequences of posts made by participants on third-party platforms, in particular in the event of sanctions applied by those platforms or disputes with third parties.
Affiliate Programme
13.1 Programme description
GoodsMMO offers an affiliate programme allowing registered customers to receive cashback on orders generated by their referrals. The programme works with a progressive tier system (Bronze 4%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%) based on the number of active referrals. Participation in this programme is subject to these general terms as well as the specific rules set out below.
13.2 Activation and participation conditions
To participate in the affiliate programme, the customer must:
Be registered and hold an active account on GoodsMMO
Expressly accept these terms and the programme conditions
Activate their referral code from their customer area
Comply with the terms of use and applicable legislation
Provide accurate and up-to-date information for withdrawals
13.3 How cashback works
Cashback is calculated as follows:
The percentage varies by tier: Bronze (4%), Silver (8%), Gold (12%)
Cashback applies to the pre-tax amount of each validated order
Only paid and delivered orders generate cashback
Cashback is credited within 7 days of order validation
Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify for cashback
13.4 Tier system
The cashback rate evolves according to the number of active referrals:
Bronze tier: 1 to 49 referrals = 4% cashback
Silver tier: 50 to 99 referrals = 8% cashback
Gold tier: 100 referrals and more = 12% cashback
A referral is considered active if they have placed at least one validated order in the last 12 months.
13.5 Withdrawal conditions
Cashback withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Minimum amount: 10€
Maximum amount per request: 5000€
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, cryptocurrencies (USDT, TRX, BTC, etc.)
Processing time: 24 to 72 business hours
Processing fees: free for PayPal, variable for cryptocurrencies
GoodsMMO's rights: GoodsMMO reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior justification:
To refuse, suspend or cancel any participation in the affiliate programme
To refuse payment of cashback in the event of non-compliance with the conditions
To modify the cashback rates and programme conditions with 30 days' notice
To temporarily or permanently suspend the affiliate programme
To cancel pending earnings in the event of proven fraud or breach of the conditions
13.6 Prohibited practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Creating fake accounts or manipulating the referral system
Self-referral or referral of direct family members
Using fraudulent means to generate artificial referrals
Spam or unfair commercial practices using the GoodsMMO name
Publishing misleading, defamatory or illegal content
Violating the terms of use of third-party platforms for promotion
13.7 Validation and control of earnings
GoodsMMO reserves the right to check and validate all earnings generated. Cashback may be:
Placed on hold during order verification (maximum 30 days)
Cancelled if the associated orders are cancelled or refunded
Refused if the programme conditions are not complied with
Suspended in the event of an investigation for suspicious or fraudulent activity
13.8 Participant responsibility and obligations
The programme participant undertakes to:
Comply with applicable legislation in their promotional activities
Not harm the image, reputation or interests of GoodsMMO
Provide accurate and up-to-date information, in particular for withdrawals
Assume full responsibility for their promotion and referral methods
Declare their earnings for tax purposes according to the regulations applicable in their country
Indemnify GoodsMMO in the event of damage caused by their actions
13.9 Sanctions and exclusions
In the event of a breach of these conditions, GoodsMMO may, without prior formal notice:
Temporarily suspend access to the affiliate programme
Cancel all or part of the pending or future earnings
Permanently exclude the participant from the programme
Close the customer account in the event of serious fraud
Take legal action if necessary
13.10 Personal data and confidentiality
Data collected as part of the affiliate programme (statistics, earnings history, payment information) is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR regulations. This data may be kept and used for programme management, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.
13.11 Programme evolution and termination
GoodsMMO may modify the conditions of the affiliate programme or terminate it at any time with a minimum of 30 days' notice, except in the event of cessation of activity, in which case the notice may be reduced to 7 days. If the programme is discontinued, validated earnings remain due to participants under the conditions in force at the time they were generated.
13.12 Taxation
Earnings from the affiliate programme may constitute taxable income under the legislation of the participant's country of residence. Each participant is responsible for declaring this income to the competent tax authorities. GoodsMMO does not provide tax advice and cannot be held responsible for participants' tax obligations.
Limitation of liability: GoodsMMO cannot be held liable:
For losses or loss of earnings related to a suspension or termination of the programme
For the tax or legal consequences of participants' referral activities
For withdrawal processing times due to necessary verifications or controls
For fluctuations in the value of cryptocurrencies during withdrawals
For the temporary unavailability of third-party payment services (PayPal, etc.)
Applicable law and jurisdiction: the affiliate programme is governed by the law of Hong Kong. However, for customers residing in France, the mandatory provisions of French consumer law remain applicable where they are more favourable to the consumer. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Hong Kong, subject to the right of French consumers to bring proceedings before the French courts in accordance with the European regulation on jurisdiction. Participants accept this jurisdiction by activating their participation in the programme.
